Our Founders
Jamie Grimshaw
Director
Jamie is the ultimate professional. He is obsessed with perfection and everything he does is delivered with precision. Jamie has over 15 years in real estate experience including over 10 years in Dubai real estate and knows the market better than anyone else. Having helped thousands of people buy property across the world you couldn’t be in safer hands than dealing with Jamie. He is down to earth, approachable and always has his door open for anyone to walk in. In the couple of hours a day Jamie isn’t working, he is sports mad and a fitness fanatic. The only thing holding Jamie back? His dodgy knee!
Cameron Burns
Director
Introducing Cameron, the classic British gentleman. With over 7 years of involvement in the property market both in the UK and the UAE, Cameron’s knowledge and experience enable him to always find the right investment for his clients. He has successfully helped investors from around the world build high-yielding property portfolios. Being Manchester-born, if Cameron isn’t working you’ll usually find him playing football or watching his beloved Manchester United, whilst enjoying a sweet treat.
Ross O'Shea
Director
Introducing Ross who has been involved in property for over 7 years. Ross is formally of the British Military, meaning he is super organized and his attention to detail is incredible! His suit is always neatly pressed, his shoes are always shining and he’s always on time. A natural-born leader Ross was destined to start his own business and loves to inspire everyone around him and help them achieve their goals. His approachable nature means he’s always available and if you don’t catch Ross working hard, he’ll be working out!

Senior Administrator
There is only one way to describe Ken, his unmatched work ethic. Ken has years of experience in so many different fields but ultimately no one can out work him. Ken has completed tasks before even told to start them and regularly helps out with duties not even in his responsibility without being asked. He is the major cog in the wheel and without him the machine stops working. When Ken is out of the office he enjoys breaks to different cities and camping.
Atif
Digital Marketing Manager
Hailing from one of Pakistan's most historic cities, Atif specialises in Dubai & UK Real Estate Marketing. His strength is a deep understanding of global real estate markets and sales process enhancement. Off the clock, he's out in the hills of Ras Al Khaimah or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.
Farhan
Finance Manager
Originally from India, Farhan is LIG's Finance Manager — the man who knows where the money goes, specialising in the financial operations behind the Dubai real estate market. His strength is turning spreadsheets into strategic insight everyone can actually use. Outside of work, he's travelling or on the football pitch.

Client Advisor
Born in Harare, Zimbabwe and raised in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, John brings a genuinely international outlook to every client relationship. With 7 years in UK
Real Estate, he specialises in Manchester, spotting opportunities that pair long-term growth with strong rental returns. As a CISI-qualified Wealth and Investment Adviser, his strength is numbers — every recommendation is backed by sound financial reasoning. Outside of work, he's on a beach, in the gym, or deep in a game of Call of Duty.

Originally from the Philippines, Monica brings a warm, people- first approach to UK Sales Progression — managing deals from reservation through to exchange and staying close to clients after. Her strength is connecting with people; able to
defuse tense moments, and making sure every client feels genuinely looked after and reassured, walking them through exactly what to expect at every stage, with full transparency along the way. Outside of work, she's camping, at karaoke, or at the movies.

From Liverpool, with Jamaican, Cuban, and Irish roots, Rio brings serious personality to Manchester City Centre's premium developments. His strength? Total relatability — he treats every client like he'd want to be treated, no judgment, no anxious
questions, just honest answers and sharp attention to detail. Off the clock, he's either in the gym clearing his head or on the football pitch at least twice a week.
