Our Founders
Jamie Grimshaw
Director
Jamie is the ultimate professional. He is obsessed with perfection and everything he does is delivered with precision. Jamie has over 15 years in real estate experience including over 10 years in Dubai real estate and knows the market better than anyone else. Having helped thousands of people buy property across the world you couldn’t be in safer hands than dealing with Jamie. He is down to earth, approachable and always has his door open for anyone to walk in. In the couple of hours a day Jamie isn’t working, he is sports mad and a fitness fanatic. The only thing holding Jamie back? His dodgy knee!
Cameron Burns
Director
Introducing Cameron, the classic British gentleman. With over 7 years of involvement in the property market both in the UK and the UAE, Cameron’s knowledge and experience enable him to always find the right investment for his clients. He has successfully helped investors from around the world build high-yielding property portfolios. Being Manchester-born, if Cameron isn’t working you’ll usually find him playing football or watching his beloved Manchester United, whilst enjoying a sweet treat.
Ross O'Shea
Director
Introducing Ross who has been involved in property for over 7 years. Ross is formally of the British Military, meaning he is super organized and his attention to detail is incredible! His suit is always neatly pressed, his shoes are always shining and he’s always on time. A natural-born leader Ross was destined to start his own business and loves to inspire everyone around him and help them achieve their goals. His approachable nature means he’s always available and if you don’t catch Ross working hard, he’ll be working out!

Jake has a keen eye for detail and comes from a background of financial services. The experience and knowledge he has acquired has helped him build a loyal following of investors who trust him with their investment decisions. No stone is left unturned with Jake and his transparent way of breaking down the proposed investment shows clarity and makes it easy to understand. Jake is a big Manchester United fan and loves keeping fit in the gym. His only weakness? His music taste!
Harry
Sales Advisor
Harry is a former professional golfer from East London. Playing sport competitively has always driven Harry’s ability to be the best possible version of himself. This translates to his professional career as a UK property consultant where he strives to stand out amongst the competition and deliver a tailor made service to his clients. With years of experience in sales and a familiar sense of dealing with international clients, Harry would be delighted to help you purchase property in the UK.
If Harry isn’t focused on on work, you’ll find him watching Tottenham Hotspur where he’s a season ticket holder!

Originally from East London, Alfie has over 10 years experience in the UK property market. Starting his career in his local estate agency, Alfie learned all the valuable skills necessary to be a first class consultant. With over £100M property sold, predominantly to international investors, there is no one in the market better suited to starting your UK property journey or adding to your current portfolio than Alfie.
Alfie is well travelled, having been to every continent on the planet he loves local culture, and experiencing new places.
John
Sales Advisor
John began his career as a qualified financial advisor, learning sharp analytical skills and a deep commitment to client care. After this he moved to UK property sales where he spent four successful years in the market, achieving great success where his cool, calm and collected approach quickly set him apart. Known for building trust and creating genuine connections, he resonates naturally with clients and colleagues alike. His blend of financial expertise, property knowledge and steady professionalism makes him a standout addition, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and lasting relationships. John’s only weakness is his genuine belief that Liverpool will win the premier League this year.
Caitlin
Receptionist / Social Media Manager
Caitlin is the first face you see when you walk through the door and the creative mind behind our social media presence. Hailing from the north of England—though her accent keeps everyone guessing—Caitlin brings energy, organisation, and a serious glow to the team (undeniably the best tan in the office). Outside of work, you’ll find her doing what she does best: soaking up the sun, enjoying great food, and sipping on cocktails. Bubbly, hard-working, and always on top of things, Caitlin keeps the front of house running smoothly while making sure our socials look just as sharp.
Bon
Head Videographer
Bon is the undisputed king of content. Originally from the Philippines, now living in Dubai with his wife and their new baby, Bon is the creative force behind some of the best videos we’ve ever seen. Quiet in nature but powerful in output, his work speaks volumes—consistently delivering high-quality, engaging content that elevates everything we do. Whether it’s behind the camera, in the editing suite, or coming up with the next big idea, Bon’s eye for detail and creativity is second to none. A true professional, a hard worker, and an essential part of the team—Bon lets the results do the talking.
Ken
Senior Administrator
There is only one way to describe Ken, his unmatched work ethic. Ken has years of experience in so many different fields but ultimately no one can out work him. Ken has completed tasks before even told to start them and regularly helps out with duties not even in his responsibility without being asked. He is the major cog in the wheel and without him the machine stops working. When Ken is out of the office he enjoys breaks to different cities and camping.
